La Caverna restaurant was opened in Nogales, Sonora, Mexico circa 1932. Brothers Enrique and Joe Donnadieouu, who had emigrated from France circa 1908, first raised livestock on the land and later made a distillery out of the natural cave.

HISTORY
The weekly trivia questions had me wanting to add a section on the history of the Sun City communities and I came across the Del Webb Sun Cities Museum. I was able to visit for the first time on Monday and it was amazing.

In fact, I loved it so much, I became a business member for the museum and I’m hoping to create a section in the Sun City Scoop featuring historical info, highlighting the work done by the Sun Cities Area Historical Society. Keep an eye out for more on this, and if you have not been to the museum, you need to go! (link)
